RELATIONSHIPS

NENERGETICS® brings a whole new approach to the well-worn discussion about relationships. It postulates the RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MAN AND GOD as being the PRIME or ORIGINAL RELATIONSHIP. This prime relationship between the Divine and the Human is an inner-psychic one - taking place inside each of us. It is the relationship towards which we are oriented (though often unconsciously), which influences all of our "external" relationships and is reflected within them.

Seen from this angle, all of our external relationships serve the purpose of healing this prime relationship. The idea is that if we can heal the prime relationship (inside of us), we can heal our relationships on the outside. And vice-versa: if we recognise the relationships on the outside as this possibility, we are free to recognise them as correspondences and no longer expect them to serve as a source of fulfilment.

This is true especially in our relationships to our children and the relationship to the opposite sex.

For the relationship between the male and the female there is the nenergetic approach with its tools on one hand, and a wonderfully corresponding system called AP on the other. AP, the ARCHETYPICAL PROGRESSION, is a kind of decoding-system, which describes the human experience by deriving "core"-archetypes and their dynamics from the whole numbers. AP was developed by Mark D. Harvey (www.transculture.ch). The combination of both approaches is exciting since one was developed by a man, the other by a woman. In other words: the systems exhibit some of the archetypical gender qualities and simultaneously transcend them through their neutral descriptions of the dynamics involved.

Joint courses on the RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MEN AND WOMEN are in preparation, where both approaches are united and issues are dealt with from a male and female perspective. The idea is for men and women to connect with the realities specific to their gender and recognise them. Then these "realities" can be decoupled from stubborn value judgements and transcended, so as to create a new space for encounters between the sexes.
