In the midst of new energies I stand,
upright and open for what is to come.
My centre gives me strength,
my arms receive the help,
my spirit recognises the love.
In me and around me there is light.
In me and around me there is energy.
I and the Energy are one.
In stillness we meet,
in movement we experience.
Serenity fills me
as I feel the force running through me.
Driven, I am also the driving force,
because I behold infinity.
Emptiness in abundance,
abundance in emptiness.
No longer bearing the cross of my fate as a human,
because Heaven and Earth meet in the Now
that is aglow.
The energy is calling me:
Let us unite.

GRATITUDE

Joy fills my heart,
animating everything.
Life pulsates in me,
softly and radiantly,
making me feel grateful.
Gratitude is like a whirl,
sweeping everything along.
Multiplying it.
Gratitude opens my heart,
nourishes me-
and everything it touches.
Gratitude weaves new patterns,
creating connections and new powers.
In gratitude
I am connected with Creation
and the Creative Force.
Then do I dance the dance of life.
And give myself away.
